Residential Investing

Selection is crucial to success when using property as an investment vehicle.

The Melbourne property market provides an excellent opportunity for investors to create wealth, however, property selection is crucial to maximise returns. The balance between capital growth, investment return and tax minimisation must be considered to identify the right investment property.

At Victorian Property Advisory, we question what constitutes a good investment property. Each property is assessed on its own merits, and must meet our strict purchasing criteria with proven performance providing above market returns. Scarcity, desirability and demand, now and into the future, are at the forefront of our decision-making process when considering a property for investment purposes, as these are the drivers of capital growth - the piece of the investment pie that creates wealth.

We understand things change and markets move, but a good investment property weathers the storm and remains in strong demand - attractive to investors, owner-occupiers and tenants alike.
